A: Yes! You can use any kinds of natural woods for smoking as you prefer.
Q: How much wood chips should I use for smoking?
A: A pinch or two of your favorite smoking chips will produce enough smoker for your cocktail.
Q: How long should I Smoke a Cocktail?
A: The sweet spot for smoking a cocktail is 10-20 seconds! You can immediately remove the smoker, or you can let the smoker sit for about a minute to continue to infuse the flavors. This is all about experimentation, too.
